Women in Surgery Ethiopia (Wise)

The Women in Surgery Ethiopia Assembly brings together female surgeons, residents, mentors, educators, and professional leaders to recognize the growing role of women in Ethiopia’s surgical workforce. The session will provide a platform for reflection, dialogue, networking, and advocacy on issues affecting women in surgical training, practice, leadership, and professional development. This assembly also aims to inspire the next generation of women surgeons, strengthen mentorship networks, and promote a more inclusive and supportive surgical community in Ethiopia.
