This in-person three-day workshop is designed for surgical residents and faculty across specialties seeking to strengthen clinical teaching and advance surgical education.
Participants will identify educational gaps in their departments and develop an evidence-informed action plan to strengthen teaching, learning, assessment, and educational quality.
Open to surgical residents and faculty.
Up to 10 scholarships will be offered to support transportation and accomodation.
