Our incoming President, the renowned Gondar-based General and Colorectal Surgeon, Dr. Mensur Osman (MS, FCS-ECSA, FACS), has officially taken the helm, marking an incredible milestone as the first-ever Chapter-based President of the Society! This historic step reflects our deep commitment to true inclusivity, unity, and bridging collaboration across all regional chapters.
As we look toward this exciting new chapter, we extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to our outgoing President, Prof. Engida Abebe (MD, FCS-ECSA, FACS), for his exceptional leadership, vision, and dedicated service as President of SSE from December 2023 to May 2026.
